Our company specializes in the research, development, manufacture and application of permanent magnet material. Our registered capital is 1.30 million US dollars and the capability is about 80 metric tons every year.

The main products of thin wall ring magnet are used in HDD, FDD, CD-ROM, VCD, DVD, skinners and printers.

We manufacture products with different shapes, such as rings and segments. Customers' requirements (the ratio of height to diameter could be 3, the ring wall thickness 0.35mm, the weight 0.06g) can be satisfied:
1) They could be magnetized at any direction
2) They have high accuracy. The tolerance could be as small as 0.02mm
3) They have different shapes with wall thickness of 0.035mm
4) They are coated to prevent rust
5) The coating could be epoxy or parylene"C"
6) The maximum operating temperature could be 150C with good stability of temperature
7) The energy product of magnets could be 12 MGOe

Besides, we could provide products magnetized at axial, radial and surface directions. The waveform of flux density could be adjusted to customers' requirements to reach maximum performance.
